House Cleaning and Disinfection Rates: $41.50 per man hour (plus GST)

3 hour residential clean . . . $130.73 (GST included) 15% of our homes

4 hour residential clean . . . $174.30 (GST included) 70% of our homes

5 hour residential clean . . . $217.88 (GST included) 10% of our homes

6 hour residential clean . . . $261.45 (GST included) 5% of our homes

( Move out/Move in cleans - $45.00 per man hour )

Electrostatic Disinfection Rates : $3.95 per room, hallway or stairwell. *

The rate shown is designed to help you calculate what your particular house will cost to complete the "hospital grade" disinfection. The rate is based on a 10' X 12' room and 20' hallway/stairs. Commercial rates will need to be done on site.
